Short-form motion made to stop a thumb.
Overview
Loops, idents, and the small pieces that do disproportionate work in a feed. Fast to produce on purpose, because the format rewards volume and specificity over polish.
Challenge
Each piece was being made like a small commercial — three days, one output, a runway the format does not give you. The feed was eating them at a rate the pipeline could not feed.
Our Approach
The first frame carries the concept; everything after it is payoff or waste. Pieces were built to loop without a seam, and every job produced a rig or a template, because the format rewards the studio that can make forty of something.
Outcome
A set of loops and idents produced at roughly four times the previous rate, with the templates from the first two jobs carrying the rest. Faster to make and more specific, which are usually opposed.

“We used to ship two a month. We shipped nine in the first three weeks and they are sharper.”
