Long-form and short, shot with a point of view rather than a checklist.
Overview
Narrative and commercial work made by a crew that plans for the edit while it is still on set. The result is footage with an argument in it, holding together at ninety seconds and at ninety minutes.
Challenge
Coverage had been treated as insurance. Every setup was shot every way, which filled the drives, drained the schedule, and left the edit to discover the film rather than deliver it.
Our Approach
The edit gets designed before the shot list. Knowing which frames have to touch each other decides the lens, the blocking, and half the schedule. Coverage became a budget spent where the film turns and refused where it does not.
Outcome
A hero film that holds at full length and survives being cut to six seconds. Grade and sound were treated as authorship rather than cleanup, which is where the last ten per cent of the point of view actually lives.

“They cut the film on paper before we shot a frame. We finished two days early and it is the best thing we have made.”
